MNFM have featured "change your fate" on show 73 of their podcast!!! the show has long been a fave of mine and features unsigned bands from across the uk. I would definitely advise you to catch this if your looking for some new music to get your teeth into.
Ogg the podcast presenter also runs glass house productions which is a studio based in the northwales area helping metal bands. get them added to your facebook friends.
