Some of you may be aware that we’ve put together something special on the 29th July.
We’ve decided to bring together some of the heaviest acts from our home town and some friends and have a bit of hazzaarr!!!.
Weve set up this event for 2 special reasons:
· To show case local talent
· Allow people who usually miss these shows to check some truly amazing bands.

Defeat!Retreat
This metalcore quartet have been one of Southport’s top metal acts securing several accolades in the short time together, once quoted from one journalist as “one to watch”
The lads have been featured on Dune.Fm and a punk and hardcore show in Preston and secured a spot at Liverpool’s Mathew street festival.
Unfortunately the lads have decided to call it a day but its not over just yet as the band have recently come out of retirement for a special one off farewell show at our rock & metal fest

DriveN OverboarD
Driven Overboard have created a core fan base locally and through the UK thanks to constant touring and hard work, recently the lads have taken a break from the road to record their debut album at Southport’s Aku studios and the lads are very near completion.
Their performance at this year’s festival is very anticipated as the lads haven’t played locally for some time and as they’ve said themselves “we will be returning back from Malia days before the show after banging hoes and drinking French Biere!! Overboard will be fully-charged, horny and ready to put on a hardcore set to make you moist let do it Sowie!”

As relatively new band to the area Renegade state are ready to take the stage, unfortunately their debut gig was cut short so the lads have been eager to prove a point ever since.

Breeding Violence
Opening our very first Southport metal fest will be Southport’s very own Breeding Violence.
The lads promise a brutal set from the off and this needs to be witnessed.
Get here early to avoid disappointment.

This year’s Band Royale finalists are back, after building a constant stream of local fans and support over the last few weeks, these lads have just released their “no heart no soul” EP.
The lads are a playing amazingly and they aren’t even at the top of their game yet, this is a real treat for people who haven’t checked the band out before and I would urge you to catch these lads before they go on to better things.

The side show lads are not only one of my favorite bands from Southport but they are fast spreading their name through the North West.
These lads are usually under estimated as they are still young lads but don’t let that fool you their bright energetic performance and commitment to the show rivals a lot of far more established act.

It’s the torn prices 2nd show in Southport and after building a steady crowd of supporters throughout the northwest the lads have managed to team up with Little Panther Management and Snub Promotions to help promote their upcoming debut EP.
This show will be a good chance to catch the lads before they go on tour later this year
